In the Dover, Deal & District Bar Billiards Winter League, leaders Betteshanger Club won 4-2 at the Royal Oak, Nonington. Steve Lake (4,890) put the Oak ahead, before Betteshanger victories for Chris Saville (5,680) and John Addley (3,670). Roger Oldfield & Mark Graves (5,300) levelled, but the visitors took the last two doubles and the match, via Neville Potts & Wack Sampson (5,240) and Saville & Addley (4,080).
The Market Inn A are second after winning 4-2 at the Two Sawyers A. Alan Smith (6,630) gave Sawyers the lead, before Market success for Craig Carlson (2,710) and Derek Latham (9,150). Ted Hogben & Carlson (3,110) took the first doubles, Richard Cousens & Gary Clarke (3,660) fought-back for the Two Sawyers, but Latham & Hogben (4,500) secured the match.
The Plough & Harrow A drew 3-3 at home to the Magnet A in Bridge. Mike Callanan (6,900) and John Higgens (6,880) won either side of a Plough victory for Baz Symes (3,630). Keith Symes & Dennett (6,320) levelled, Callanan & Higgens (5,000) regained the Magnet lead, and finally Baz Symes & Keith Symes (4,300) forced the draw.
 
In Division Two, leaders Market Inn B have stretched their lead with a 5-1 win at home to the Two Sawyers B. Phil Rye (2,010) gave the visitors the lead, but Gareth Butcher (1,890) and Alan Farra (5,490) hit back for the Sandwich side. The Market swept the doubles via Butcher & Farra (5,260), Dave Carliell & Butcher (4,820) and Farra & Carliell (2,150).
The Brickmakers B remain second after a 4-2 away win at the Plough & Harrow B, Tilmanstone. Ron Beer (4,900) gave the Plough the lead courtesy of a 3,960 break, before Brickies success for Ward Griffiths (2,830) and Ricky Cowdrey (2,850). More Brickies wins followed in the doubles via Warren Cowdrey & Griffiths (5,290) and Griffiths & Ricky Cowdrey (2,480), before Harry Pearson & Beer (3,890) gained the last leg.
The Plough & Harrow A, Tilmanstone, won 4-2 away to the Magnet B. Ann Keen (3,010), Brian Carpenter (2,830) and Karen Keen (2,020) swept the singles for the Plough, before Dawn Williams & Tanya Philpott took the first doubles 1,360-1,210. Karen Keen & Ann Keen (4,150) secured the match, with Philpott & Shirley Cowdrey (1,950) taking the last leg for the Magnet.
